A progressive 6-week fitness class for expecting mothers incorporating Pilates, resistance & pelvic health training as well as mindfulness practices. The small group classes give you a personalized experience with the benefit of meeting other mother’s from our community.
Classes are held in-person at Body Co (3093 Dundas Street West) every Saturday at 10 am beginning November 5th and Tuesday at 6 pm EST beginning November 8th. Please note there will be no classes on December 3rd or 6th. There are no refunds for missed classes but participants will be invited to join 1 make-up class.
