This small group class is the perfect combination of mindful breath work, strengthening and lengthening yoga poses all while being safely guided in and out of your practice and still elevating your heart rate. The limited number of participants allows our instructor to provide personalized recommendations and corrections with the benefit of meeting other health enthusiasts from our community.
This class is recommended for all levels of fitness including pregnant or postnatal clients.
Classes are held in-person at Body Co (3093 Dundas Street West) every Tuesday at 6:30 pm EST beginning April 2nd. Single class drop passes are available for $30 + HST / class depending on space.
Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
