Body Co. began with physiotherapy as its core business. We pride ourselves in offering the most evidence based and current techniques to assist our clients. Our focus is on hands-on manual therapy and exercise prescription to restore mobility, strength as well as improve performance. We work with everyone from weekend warriors to elite and professional athletes to achieve personal goals and personal bests. Our staff have taken extensive post graduate, specialty education and are constantly upgrading their knowledge and skill base.
Therapeutic techniques may include but are not limited to; soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, passive and active stretching, muscle energy techniques, exercise prescription and modalities as required. All of our sessions are conducted one-on-one with a senior physiotherapist in a private examination room. Clients also have access to our beautifully appointment movement space and exercise and mindfulness equipment.
