Passionate about women’s health and movement, Pieta brings compassion and an encouraging, nurturing spirit to her practice.
At a young age Pieta suffered from asthma and this began her journey of learning the importance of breath work and movement and how these practices improve quality of life as a whole.
Pieta has been a personal trainer for over 20 years with a focus on Pilates, mobility and strength. She is passionate about helping her clients find joy in movement and supporting them through their health and fitness journey.
After the birth of her 2nd daughter, she began working in the field of Pre and Post natal, bringing a caring and core focused approach to her clients and classes.
As Pieta moves into the age of perimenopause and menopause so to has her focus to understand the affects of hormonal health, cycle syncing and optimal training according to the many changing seasons of the female life.
